Ravi Thakur is COO and GP Development Partner for Bisonti Partners in New York. He is a member of the investment committee and focuses on value creation across Bisonti’s portfolio of GPs.
Before joining, Ravi was a Principal at B-Flexion, where he led U.S. GP activities for over 10 years and provided board-level guidance as a strategic partner. Earlier in his career, he was Head of U.S. Distribution at Amundi Asset Management, leading wealth capital raising efforts across the Americas, and a Principal at BNY Mellon Asset Management, supporting the firm’s multi-boutique portfolio globally. He began his career in Capital Markets at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
Ravi holds a BA from the University of Houston and an MA from the Université de Toulouse Capitole, and is a fluent French speaker.
