Amir R. Rezvani is the Head of Middle East Coverage for Bisonti Partners in the UAE and a member of the Capital Formation team. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives and investor engagement across the GCC for SCG and its portfolio GPs, drawing on his regional expertise and knowledge of the institutional landscape.
Before joining, Amir worked at Investindustrial in its Investor Relations & Syndication group, leading fundraising efforts across EMEA and the Americas while based in London and New York. Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in London, advising on several landmark M&A and capital markets transactions in the EMEA TMT sector.
He was recognized among Private Equity International’s “Global 40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity” in the fundraising category and as one of Germany’s “Top 40 Under 40” by Capital Magazine.
Amir holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and an MS from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
